It's caught in the binding of the book, so I can't be sure.

Casou com Angelica Francisca da Silveira, em 4? May 1914.  Could be 14 or
24, so go with your records.  I think the rest says to find the marriage,
go to marriage record 41 of 1914.

The blue note (2) says the marriage was dissolved by the death of his wife,
Angelica Francisca da Silveira on desaseis (16) January 1963.  So Angelica
died 16 Jan 1963.  Death book of 1963, record 14.  Then it says 24 Sept
1971.  Maybe that's when they wrote the blue note?

3) Died in this freguesia, of Praia do Norte on the 12.  Record 109 of
today.  20 April 1976  So I'd guess he died 12 April 1976.

also says that his father is a stone mason (pedreiro) and that the his parents

I think it is Margda Roiz'. When that mark, which look like a large apostrophe, 
appears after Roiz, it usually means that the name is abbreviated from 
Rodrigues.

 the
same three children with her using Gouveia, Ponte, and Pimentel.
 How
do you know for sure its them?

Something else I thought of is that his first and second wives were related
possibly half-sisters and Teresa Gouveir (married to Pedro de Ponte) and
this Teresa (?) married to Jose Gouveir are the same person. Just
speculation on my part.
