Title: Your mapping prototypes in the news...

Perhaps in a month when there is a good amount of varying
projects you could persuade the guys on the Technology editorial team to publish
an article on the BBC Site?

Nat @ O'Reilly Radar has written up a nice piece on
some of the mapping projects going on here @ backstage.bbc - http://radar.oreilly.com/archives/2005/05/google_maps_and.html
It's been blogged quite a bit, as you can see:

Congrats to everyone who's submitted a fine mapping

This article was
written a few weeks ago: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/4538111.stm
I'm sure
there will be more.

Don't forget, we
haven't officially launched backstage.bbc.co.uk yet and as such we haven't been
sending any press releases or briefings to the "mass media" outlets. This
will start once we go live "out of beta".
