[BackupPC-users] rsyncd, Parent read EOF from child

2010-06-11 Thread Alexander Moisseev
I have BackupPC configured to backup several directories on the same server as
different BackupPC hosts. It works without a problem more than 2 years. But now
backup of one directory interrupts during transfer when it still works normally
for other ones.

Xfer Settings for all hosts (directories) is the same.
XferMethod is rcyncd.
BackupPC 3.1.0, FreeBSD 6.2
Client: cygwin-rsyncd-2.6.8_0, Windows Server 2003 Std R2

Transfer log:

[BackupPC-users] pool constantly producing ext4_lookup: deleted inode referenced

2010-06-11 Thread Brian Neu

# mount |grep archive
/dev/mapper/rd5-archive on /mnt/archive type ext4 (rw,noatime)

It's a RAID5 with LVM on top ( I know that's less than ideal )

I've reformatted this volume several times over several kernels and it always
ends up with this error. BTRFS seemed to do better with it, but it's still a
little slow, and resizing still had issues, so I wanted to go back to a tried
and true ext fs. Should I just go with XFS ?
