[Bacula-users] Connection Reset after Spooling Data again
Hi all, we have some trouble with Spooling Data between a Ubuntu 12.04 (bacula-fd) and Debian 7.4 (bacula-sd) Server. The Ubuntu 12.04 Client make a Connection reset after Despooling the first Data to Tape. I solved it. They where about 5-6 jobs with running state on a few bacula filer daemons. After restarting the fd and the bacula-director the problem was gone. Also, have you considered upgrading both Director and SD to 5.2.10?

Hi, one again we have a problem with this Kernel error: st: from_buffer offset overflow. in dmesg. This Error has the effect that Bacula cant access to the Tape drive - reboot helps. Atm this Error comes all 2-3 days. I´ve googled a lot but cant find nothing to fix that. It seems to be a problem with the memory fragmentation or the scsi driver. Hi, I tried to import an old LTO2 Tape to the new Database with File Backup. I executed the follow command: bscan -n bacula -u bacula -P password -h 192.168.X.X -t 5432 -c bacula-sd.conf /dev/tape/by-path/pci-:08:08.0-scsi-0:0:1:0-nst-nst -V *DIHP01* -m -s the Database is on another Server.
