i have situation with 2.0.3 as dir and 1.3.36 as fd and this works
i think but not sure (90%) i have tested with 1.3.36 as dir and 2.0.3 on
fd it was fine for backup (never tested restore like that)

i can report that a test backup and restore were performed succesfully 
with 1.36.1 director/sd and 2.0.3 fd.

Well the strict answer would be: No.

The more lenient one is: Maybe. You'll really have to test it on your
own. These things are not tested in the normal Bacula release cycle and
pretty much unsupported. So it may work or it may just fail. Your best
bet is to try and see what happens. (you can always try to get back to
the old version later)
