Indeed. And we are exporting more tobacco these days than is being consumed in the U.S. Tobacco,by the law, is not a drug; therefore, the FDA has nothing to with its regulation. I bet the tobacco lobby has something to do with it. And the effect
such a ban would have on the economies of the states where tobacco is
