Hi mbak Millia, Kalau mbak tinggalnya di daerah Serpong, cukup banyak lho biro jasa 'bertaburan' di area Serpong-BSD. Kayaknya hampir semua biro jasa yang ada di ruko-ruko BSD City, ITC BSD, WTC Serpong, BSD Plaza menyediakan jasa untuk mengurus passport dengan harga dan lama proses kurang lebih sama (sayangnya, biro yang jadi langganan saya sudah pindah ke kantor pusat di Jakarta :)). Dulu tahun 2004, biayanya sekitar 850 ribuan (untuk perpanjang passport + nambah data 1 anak - dulu sih itu anak masih boleh ikut passport ibunya) dan setelah syarat2 lengkap, 1-2 hari sudah 'janjian' di kantor imigrasi tangerang, lusanya passport sudah di tangan.
