sebetulnya hal ini kembali ke masala prinsip mba, karena saya sendiri adalah dari muslim. setau saya proses pembuatan minuman ini adalah dengan cara fermentasi, dan lamanya fermentasi ini tergantung tujuan yang ingin didapat ada fermentasi singkat yang utk menghasilkan beer dan ada fermentasi lama utk menghasilkan wine dan setiap hasil fermentasi pasti akan menghasilkan alcohol. jadi maksud saya bukan bahaya kpd si anak tetapi karena kita harus menghindari minuman spt ini. mending kalo si produsen nya jujur mencantumkan proses pembuatannya kita tahu cuka atau sering disebut vinegar berasal dari bahan kaya gula seperti anggur atau apel, sementara cuka dapat juga dibuat dari bahan minuman beralkohol, baik cider maupun wine. Mudah2an ga ada ya mbak muthi.. Waktu nabiel (1 thn) batuk kemaren juga sembuhnya krn diminumin kercur diparut. Batuk gak sembuh2 padahal udah ke dokter, nebulizer ngeluarin dahak, eh malah sembuhnya pake kencur parut. wine kan ada efek melunturkan lemak boleh liat org-org eropa especially perancis yang suka dengan wine badannya bagus-bagus walau makannya banyak karena mereka suka minum wine, kalo beer jangan krn malah bikin perutnya ndut :-) salah satu apel cuka adalah hasil fermentasi dari wine. Betul Mbak Muthi, aku or anak2 juga kalo batuk, pasti obat awal yang digunakan adalah minum air perasan kencur yang diparut. atau minum kecap+jeruk nipis kalo itu gak meman baru deh minum obat batuk lebih enak lagi sih makan kencur muda atau daun kencurnya di bikin lalap atau dibikin urab. Keiza ku (umur 2th 3 bulan) batuk pilek, trus sama tetanga dianjurin dikasih 1 sendok cuka apel dicampur air putih + 1 sendok madu...hasilnya emang lumayan.
