Mbak kalau pengalaman Saya, Lukanya dibersihkan dengan cairan alkohol / rivanol, diberi betadine Cair dan ditutup Handiplast / sejenisnya.Harus ditutup, karena anak2 cenderung aktif bergerak, khawatir kuman / kotoran masuk ke luka dan menjadi infeksi. Sebaiknya Handiplast diganti 2 hari sekali sambil kita melihat perkembangan lukanya, bila memburuk baru konsul ke Dokternya. Semoga membantu. Ver, anakku kalau luka (sampai parah di lututnya) saya cuma olesin tipis salep bactroban. Selesai mandi (pagi dan sore) dan malam sebelum tidur. Pokoknya luka apapun (kegores,jatuh, dicubit teman he..he...dll, luka luar ya?) kedua anak saya (yang ketiga masih 5 bln) selalu saya olesin dengan salep bactroban. Salep bactroban untuk anak diatas usia 1 tahun. Simpan aja salep ini untuk kebutuhan.
