Yth para netter. Kalau takut terhadap efek negatif dari obat-obat KB, sebaiknya menggunakan KB non obat semisal IUD atau kondom saja. Atau kalau bisa mengatur waktu, bisa menggunakan sistem kalender. Ada software untuk mengetahui siklus bulanan wanita namanya Femta (Saya tidak promosi lho).
