When you have applied the BBEdit CSS format. you have something predictable 
to work with and it is a simple matter of using Search and Replace to tweak 
the formatting. Without knowing exactly what you are trying to achieve, it 
is impossible to give any specific examples.

the simplest answer to your question is 'no, not really... but kind of'. 
css files are text files... which means that you're a simple search and 
replace away from anything you want.

have you tried bbedit's css tools? how was what you got different from what 
you wanted?

'one particular style is most useful to me' may be a true statement, but is 
frustratingly unhelpful for anyone wanting to help. how are we supposed to 
know what that is or what you want to accomplish without an example?

if it's just that you like your css params indented, you could do that with 
a regex or command + } (or ]).
