Syntax errors with correctly coded image map

2012-12-28 Thread mmgh
When checking the syntax of a HTML document that includes an image map,
BBEdit 10.5.1 incorrectly lists errors of the type:
:9: Value of attribute “usemap” for element “” must begin with one of
{A-Z,a-z} followed by zero or more of {A-Z,a-z,0-9,-,_,:,.}.
:12: Document type does not permit element “” in content of element
“”.
:12: Value of attribute “coords” for element “” is invalid; Value
must be one of {“Circle, Polygon, Rectangle”}.

When changing the DOCTYPE from HTML 5 to HTML 4.01 Transitional the errors
disappear.

After update to 10.5 I see no more bullet to the left of the name of a modified and unsaved file.

2012-12-13 Thread mmgh
When a file has been modified and has not yet been saved there no longer
appears a bullet to the left of it's name in the file list. Should I
configure this somewhere?

syntax coloring bug

2010-07-12 Thread mmgh
I experience a syntax coloring bug in version 9.5 wherein a closing /
script tag causes the rest of the HTML document to be miscolored.
I thought this was resolved in version 9.0.2
