How to add color scheme in BBedit 10?

Hi There,

I'm glad you've finally added color theming to BBedit, but how on
earth do you use it? There's no documentation and no menion of how to
add a scheme or where to install it or anything.

Text Colors Preferences, page 206 in the manual (Help-User Manual). Also 
the release notes for 10 have some info.
