If I had written a story about how this was going to happen in N. America it
would have been scripted just like this. So now when the usda decides to
anounce the presence of bse in US cows they can blame Canada. Good job, cover
your ass. When I get trace minerals delivered in bulk trucks you can see fruit
loops cereal or some other brown sand looking stuff on the back of the truck.
When you ask the driver they tell you the sand is renedered animal parts,
crushed bone, guts, heads of processed cow, chicken, pig , whatever from the big
processors. It is cooked and crushed. The driver said he delivered the last
load to a big dairy. Thought that was illegal. sstorch

AB BSE/ news

2003-05-29 Thread mroiboz

The day after Alberta announced Mad Cow, the US closed its
border to imports of Canadian beef. Same thing with other countries the next
day.  The US acted very fast. The Can. Health Min. is in consultation with
the US in re-opening the border for export to the US contingent on no new
cases.
In BC, there are 3 farms under quarantine, 2 right
here in the Fraser Valley and one near Prince George.
Some goats were either culled or quar. because they
received animal feed from AB.
