For further info on DU, here is the website for 
Uranium medical research. These folk are doing some honorable work, with much of 
their own savings expended, and considerable professional cost. In recent 
interviews, they continue to counter the mass-media misinformation hype 
which would dispel concerns about this contamination.

This is a very sad and appalling tale by one of our nation’s “warriors” who says that war now is obsolete. I recommend this to everyone to read. As usual, it is right on topic in my opinion.
