I think that AP is more interested in convincing land owners to go out
and do it, than prove figures or anything else to the press or others.
He put his hand up for BD, at a time, when in most countries, it was
still quiet small scale and set out to make it happen in real acreage's.
The acreage's he has organised are huge. I do not think any one person,
or even a group would know how much BD there is in Oz, as it is
fragmented as else where. One hears of organic beef properties measured
in many tens of square miles wanting to use aircraft I understand
that there is thought to be more acreage in Oz than in the rest of the
world, so how much is there else where?

Then it's fallen to me to tell you that A.P. refers to Alex
Podolinsky, best known in the US for the 3 volumes of BIODYNAMIC
AGRICULTURE that he has written. Hopefully, a member of his
Association will come foreward and tell us all more (and maybe
confirm this 2,000,000 acre figure). Podolinsky is often held up as
the living proof that biodynamics can be dramatically successful.
Unfortunately, more and more it appears that one must accept his
claims of success through faith, rather than through objectively

Steven:

I'd like to know more about Wollombin.

How is this mountain woven into the Dreamtime - and do you know the
song?

Hi AllanE,
Are you near Wollombin (Mount Warning) ?

That mountain holds a crucial place in the lore of Aboriginal peoples of Australia and North America. A tale for the times !
