To promote CAN and the higher layer protocols CiA (CAN in Automation) has decided to develop a new CAN cape for the BeagleBone. The annoncement <http://www.can-newsletter.org/engineering/standardization/140709_internet-of-things-and-open-source-hardware_cia/> was there.
