Really, you should consider subscribing to the beginner-perl list for this
sort of question and not the beginner-cgi list.
The short answer to your "urgent" question is that you should read the
ActiveState documentation on downloading modules. It's really easy, just
run ppm. Perl Package Manager.
C:\> ppm
PPM> install Storable
Blah blah blah about how it is installing storable
PPM> quit
And voila.
