Writings PERL CGI in windows environment

Has any one written  something similar to using a LWP user agent
under windows environment ?  If you have an example code that
greatly help.

Umm???

Any reason why you don't simply use LWP on Win32?

Think it might even come as standard with ActiveState (if thatÂ’s what
your using).

I've used LWP on Win32 for ages without a hitch.
