Coba manfaatkan fitur Excel Pivot Table. Pada Excel 2010 ke atas, juga ada 
fitur Power Pivot. Di Excel 2010, Power Pivot masih memerlukan peng-install-an. 
Power pivot menjadi add in yang otomatis terinstall dan ter-load mulai di Excel 
2013.

[belajar-excel] Mencari nama dengan penulisan berbeda

Para master excel,


Mohon bantuannya,


Saya mempunyai 2 table daftar nama, yang pertama daftar nama karyawan, dan
yang kedua daftar nama non-karyawan..


Tugas saya adalah memastikan nama-nama karyawan tidak boleh masuk ke dalam
daftar nama non-karywan.


Permasalahannya adalah penulisan kedua nama tersebut tidak sama persis.
Misal
Di daftar karyawan:
mohammad noor,
agus wicaksono,
bambang putra pratama


Sedangkan di daftar non-karyawan :
M Noor
Agus W
Bambang P Pratama


Hal ini tidak memungkinkan menggunakan vlookup..


Rumus apa yang sebaiknya digunakan untuk mempermudah? Karena datanya ada
puluhan ribu

Andaikan tidak ada NIP nya atau suatu nomor id setiap karyawan, maka akan
lebih mudah mengatakan tidak memungkinkan untuk diotomasi.

Maaf, kurang paham dengan :
1. akan digunakan untuk data yg lain

Mr. Kid,

Maksud data tsb utk laporan yg lain dg mengambil data awal, dimana data awal 
berasal dari program yg kita copy dg format excel atau dipindahkan ke format 
excel.

Sebenarnya saya ingin mengambil dari data langsung tsb tetapi sudah menggunakan 
berbagai formula sumifs atau sumproduct tetapi tidak bisa karena key ada 3, 
yaitu control no, date, & catogory.

Hai Tjahya,

Dengan data yang kurang nyaman untuk pengolahan data seperti di sheet '1',
maka perhatikan penyusunan nama range untuk setiap elemen chart yang
dirujuk secara dinamis memanfaatkan fungsi Index. Kemudian, perhatikan pula
cara merujuk ke suatu nama range dalam penyusunan sebuah series chart. Jika
baris bertambah, maka buat manual nama range untuk series tambahannya dan
add series yang merujuk ke nama range yang baru tersebut.

Dengan data yang lebih nyaman untuk pengolahan data seperti di sheet '2',
maka chart bisa diatur dengan menata letak field dalam pivot table. Bahkan
dari tabel yang ada di sheet '2' (yang menjadi sumber data bagi pivot
table), bisa disusun data seperti sheet '1'. Tapi tidak berlaku kebalikan
alias data di sheet '1' akan bisa dengan mudah membentuk data seperti di
sheet '2'.

Mengotomasi area inputan data disuatu sheet khusus input data agar kemudian
disimpan dalam bentuk sheet '2' sudah banyak dibahas dimilis. Jadi inputan
bisa nyaman, dan bentuk data simpanannya juga nyaman diolah.

Mohon maaf mr kid memungkinkah bila saya menggunakan cara sheet "1" (karna 
sumber datanya tidak berubah seperti dalam pivot /sheet "2")  tetapi untuk 
garis horizontalnya bukan nama murid tetapi berdasarkan tanggal sehingga bila 
tanggalnya bertambah secara otomatis grafiknya juga bertambah/bergerak, dan 
karna muridnya banyak mungkinkah bila untuk mensort/ memilih murid tertentu 
dari sekian banyak murid. (jadi data memakai sheet "1" tetapi memakai cara 
sheet "2", (bila tanpa pivot) kurang lebih seperti itu)sebelumnya terima kasih 
untuk tanggapannya.
