Bytes below 135 are unused and this is unusual. The highest used char has the code 190. I somewhere heard that ISCII is similar to ASCII below 128 and uses the above codes for IN langs. If it's really a Bangla file, then maybe it's in ISCII. Since I have no ISCII charts or fonts, I am not sure about it though. Yes, that sounds like an alternate stylesheet I was experimenting with (you can see it if your browser supports alternate stylesheets). It should never have been the default (and I didn't change anything recently).
