Hi everyone, This is a plea from someone who is definitely going to the Specialty, to those who have decided not to go to the specialty but still have a room reservation.
My plea is that you simply cancel your room reservation so that those of us who are desperate to get a room and are patiently waiting on the waiting list, get that room you're hanging on to. Even though rooms are not supposed to be transfered from one person to another, I know it's going to happen, however it's not very fair to those of us who were not fortunate to get one of those rooms. I don't want this email to spark flames, I am just hoping that it will initiate those who have decided not to attend, and do have a reservation, to give that reservation back to the hotel so some of us can have the opportunity of getting a room at the Specialty Hotel.
