I've seen that a few times, but not the last time I upgraded. [SlimDevices: Beta] Library Rescan on installing nightly
Seems that every time I install a new nightly SC starts a complete rescan of my library. Never used to do that as far as I recall. Bit of a nuisance as it takes an hour or so to complete.
