Re: [SlimDevices: Beta] Windows error message starting SC7

With SC7 build of 1/31 the error message went away. Now with build 2/1
it returned. Strange.

It's imho a Windows issue, related to what I described earlier. As _nothing_
has changed in this part of the SC code in weeks, a new build can't change the
behaviour.

I tried setting Firefox as default again and now the error is gone.
Thanks.

Re: [SlimDevices: Beta] Windows error message starting SC7

2008-01-22 Thread Michael Herger
I am running Vista Ultimate and Firefox. When I start SC7 (build
1/21/08) I get an error message window that states: Windows Cannot
 Find 'C\ProgramData\SqueezeCenter\SqueezeCenter Web Interface.url'.

Go to Windows settings where you can define your default browser. Define it
once again. This often happens if a user installs a second browser or some
add-on like Google bar in IE.
