Re: [Bf-committers] Blender 2.69 testbuild1 AHOY

2013-09-26 Thread IRIE Shinsuke
I've changed id_type_items to use the brush icon rather than the
particle icon in r60379.

2013-09-26 Thread Tamito KAJIYAMA
Thank you Irie-san for the fix, I was not aware of the issue.

And now I see better the downside of using the brush icon for line
styles -- it is not nice to see two brush icons (one for brushes and the
other for line styles) shown in the ID block selector. I would be
grateful if a new icon is given to Freestyle line style ID blocks
(possibly in the release after 2.69).

[Bf-committers] Blender 2.69 testbuild1 AHOY

2013-09-26 Thread Sam Vila
*Bastien, are you sure is *r4771? that release number seems to be
totally wrong, we are at

60382 right now. I thought it would have more attention in reporting
this in here now that we're close to the release instead of getting
lost in several bug reports in the bug tracker.

2013-09-26 Thread Dan McGrath
Hi Sam,

He is most certainly referring to the svn "external" revision number for
the addons. Here is some sample output from an `svn up`:

Fetching external item into 'release/datafiles/locale'
Updated external to revision 2280.

Fetching external item into 'release/scripts/addons'
Updated external to revision 4774.

Fetching external item into 'release/scripts/addons_contrib'
Updated external to revision 4774.

Updated to revision 60382.

Hope this clears up your concern. o/

Dan

Re: [Bf-committers] error compiling with CUDA 5.5 and vs2012

2013-09-26 Thread Yousef Hurfoush
ok

after many hours of testing and replacing file i've managed to make cuda see
the vs2012 express, and did compile the x64 sm_30 successfully.
but i try to compile sm_11, this is the error i get:
http://www.pasteall.org/45886

i know kernels less than sm_20 is not supported by bf, but can you help me here
guys, thanks.

one other thing what is the status with building osl with mingw64 and scons,
when i try to build i get this error:
http://www.pasteall.org/45887

yes it's not related to cuda, but here is the file you asked:

i thought it was due to not being able to built cuda, and i've never been able
to build the kernels for for the x64.
now can't build x86 anymore.

using r58371
scons, mingw32 -> successfully builds
scons, mingw64 -> error -> log file: http://www.pasteall.org/43753

and with r60361
scons, mingw32 -> error -> 'ptxas' died with status 0xC005
(ACCESS_VIOLATION)
scons, mingw64 -> error -> same as before

is there away to build cuda without msvc11, i mean with mingw only.
