hi You can search online for solutions to that error. Something like this answer could work: i tried that solution and it didn't work, there is even an vcvarsx86_amd64.bat file which i think it is the one is needed, tried to rename to vcvarsx64.bat but the same. i searched and didn't found any results on the matter! Seems to be a problem with mingw scons settings. the only setting in my config file is enabling the cuda binaries. Oops, I am overworked -.- Hmm... Seems to be a problem with mingw scons settings. I still use vc9 and cuda 5.0 for mingw builds. I'll take a look at this, but that'll take a while.
