Yes, it happens some times, but is i didn't find the reason to replicate it, but it happends some times. In Windows xp 32 and Win7 64 i experience this behaivor some times, but it quite rare. i even don't have a clue why it happens because it takes you by suprise, so a bug report is hard to make. Hi. I also encountered this bug few times on start up but it is hard to replicate. I had a similar problem in Firefox few times. Dunno, may be it is driver problem. My mouse is Logitech.
