Completely the same error here after a clean build. For some reason CTR_TaggedIndex.h is missing... Maybe this goes without saying, but did you delete the cache after the svn up before recompiling? Hi, I can't confirm that. I compiled SVN 51430 (latest at the moment) on Ubuntu 12.04 without issues. Clean your cmake cache and do a clean build. Maybe that helps.
