I failed to sync (bzr push) my v9.12.1 build tree to my launchpad archive, so when I branch'ed it to my new dev system I was starting with the v9.11.3 release. The list in your pastebin link mentioned files in lib/lwres having been removed, but those files weren't in 9.12.1, they were removed in 9.12.0.
