[Bioc-devel] svn commit problem
Hi bioc-developers, I encountered a problem when I was committing the change to https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/branches/RELEASE_2_13/madman/Rpacks/omicade4 I use TortoiseSVN, it returns me the following error message: Commit Z:\users_files\Chen\Projects\MCIA\omicade4\DESCRIPTION Commit failed (details follow): Changing file 'Z:\users_files\Chen\Projects\MCIA\omicade4\DESCRIPTION' is forbidden by the server Access to '/bioconductor/!svn/ver/85330/branches/RELEASE_2_13/madman/Rpacks/omicade4/DESCRIPTION' forbidden Additional errors: CHECKOUT of '/bioconductor/!svn/ver/85330/branches/RELEASE_2_13/madman/Rpacks/omicade4/DESCRIPTION': 403 Forbidden I tried to clean up, re-check out, but does not work. I would appreciate any help and please let me know if you need more information. You can't commit to release 2.13 since we are no longer building it. You can commit to the current release branch (2.14) and to trunk (devel).
