Subject: Emergent build and check errors on the Windows Server Re:
[Bioc-devel] release builds have stopped
Hello all:
I noticed that XML/RCurl packages have some problem on moscato1, the
Windows Server. This triggered a series of build and check error on
packages on Windows only, including my pathview package and its
depends/imports, KEGGgraph, KEGGREST, etc. actually so many packages
have been affected:
http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/2.13/bioc-LATEST/.
Hope this problem can be solved..
Yes, this is an internal problem and we are looking into the cause. But you
don't have to do anything.
XML and RCurl should be available tomorrow so this massive failure should not
reoccur.

Hi,
In accordance with the release schedule at
http://www.bioconductor.org/developers/release-schedule/
Release (BioC 2.12) builds have stopped, and commits to the
release branch have been disabled.
Thanks,
Dan
