Today around 5:30 p.m. a Cattle Egret was found by Dick Tafel in the Optimist Club Field beside the Palangio Arena, Wallace Road, North Bay. I subsequently saw it around 6:00 p.m. in the south field with Canada Geese and Ring-billed Gulls. This is the first chance I have had to report it to Ontbirds.
>From the south and east, turn right onto Seymour off Hwy 11, just past the first set of railroad tracks before you reach Northgate Mall, then left onto Wallace. You will see the arena on the left. From the north and west, turn left onto Seymour off Hwy 11/17, just past Northgate Mall, then left onto Wallace.
