[Ontbirds] Reddish Egret, Oliphant - yes
The Reddish Egret near Oliphant continues as of 8:45 AM this morning - we first saw it behind “Peter’s Pond” on Shoreline Avenue before it flew slightly further north along the shore. Bird is currently just north of the marina moving between rocks and a white and blue motor about 250m out. Directions as previously posted. From Wharton go west on 13 and continue west to the water. [Ontbirds] Reddish Egret Oliphant - YES
The reddish egret flew in about 15 minutes ago to it's 165 Shoreline Road area. Was being chased by what looked like a Merlin and then landed in the pond shortly after. Copied directions from previous posts: "Directions from north end on Wiarton on Hwy 6 Take first left at top of hill on to Bruce Rd 13. Continue straight on to Oliphant T-intersection turn right north on to Shoreline Rd .
