The female Western Tanager was still at Durham Court Park around 11 am today. It was feeding at the top on one of the buckthorns on the south-western edge of the woods, or, if you like, the south-eastern corner of the open area. Wondering about its prospects now we seem to have a major storm coming...

Directions From 401 take exit # 415 to Stephenson Road North in Oshawa.
Turn left (west) on Gibb Street (first light after the railway overpass)
then turn left (south) on Waverly Street (at the pedestrian cross walk
lights). It is a quiet residential street with limited parking at the dead
end where the park is.
