Walks thru the Brunet Park today revealed larger numbers of GOLDEN CROWNED
KINGLET and BROWN CREEPER groups. Kinglets are the dominant bird at the
moment, outnumbering even Robins today. 1 YELLOW RUMPED WARBLER, and new for
me, 2 WINTER WRENS (possibly 1 or 2 more scampering nearby).

Point Pelee - Woodland Trail

A late post but my first trip to Pelee NEEDS mention. Noteworthy during the
day;

2 RED BELLIED WOODPECK ,
a male YELLOW BELLIED SAPSUCKER,
1 GREATER BLACK BACKED GULL,
3 NORTHERN HARRIER,
approx. 30 DOUBLE CRESTED CORMORANTS,
4 NORTHERN SHOVELER
FOS (female RED WINGED BLACKBIRD)
