PHP8 is still not supported with this version of graphviz, so --disable-
 php needs to stay

We'll need to replace 'autoreconf' with './autogen.sh'

Comment (by renodr):

 {{{
 fetchmail-6.4.18 (released 2021-03-27, 30011 LoC):

 # REGRESSION FIX:
 * fetchmailconf: fetchmail 6.4.16 added --sslcertfile to the configuration
 dump,
but fetchmailconf support was incomplete in Git 7349f124 and it could
 not
parse sslcertfile, thus the user settings editor came up empty with
 console
errors printed. Fix configuration parser in fetchmailconf.

 # ROBUSTNESS FIXES:
 * fetchmailconf: do not require fetchmail for -V. do not require Tk
 (Tkinter)
for -d option. This is to fail more gracefully on incomplete installs.
 * TLS code: remove OPENSSL_NO_DEPRECATED macros to avoid portability
 issues
with OpenSSL v3 - these are for development purposes, not production.
 * TLS futureproofing: use SSL_use_PrivateKey_file instead of
SSL_use_RSAPrivateKey_file, the latter will be deprecated with OpenSSL
 v3,
and the user's key file might be something else than RSA.

 # TRANSLATION UPDATE:
This fine person has contributed an updated translation:

#14829: dbus-glib-0.112

 Reporter: renodr | Owner: renodr

 Severity: normal | Resolution:

Comment (by renodr):

 {{{
 The “haunted teacup” release.

dbus-glib is a deprecated D-Bus library. If you use it, please switch to
something more suitable, like GDBus (which is shipped with GLib).
A migration guide is included in the GLib documentation.

 git tag: dbus-glib-0.112

dbus-glib version control is now hosted on freedesktop.org's Gitlab
installation, and bug reports and feature requests have switched from
Bugzilla bugs (indicated by "fd.o #nnn") to Gitlab issues
("dbus-glib#nnn") and merge requests ("dbus-glib!nnn"). See README and
 CONTRIBUTING.md for more details.

 Dependencies:

 • dbus 1.8 was already required, but is more strongly required now:
the workarounds that were used to run continuous integration with dbus
1.6 on Ubuntu 14.04 'trusty' have been removed. (Note that dbus 1.8
has already reached end-of-life for security support, and newer dbus
   stable branches are strongly recommended.)

 • pkg-config 0.28 is required when building from git

 Enhancements:

 • Rewrite CONTRIBUTING.md document, based on Wayland's equivalent
(Simon McVittie, with thanks to Ander Conselvan de Oliveira,
Bryce Harrington, Eric Engestrom, Pekka Paalanen and Daniel Stone
for their contributions to the equivalent file in Wayland)

 • A generated ChangeLog file, which made up a significant proportion of
the size of source tarball releases, is no longer included. Please
refer to the git repository at
   https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/dbus/dbus-glib for detailed change
   history. (Simon McVittie)

 • Improve man page (dbus-glib!1, Alan Coopersmith)

 • Add test coverage for fd.o#80557 (dbus-glib#1, Simon McVittie)

 • Use more modern GLib assertions in unit tests
   (dbus-glib#16, dbus-glib!3, dbus-glib!4; Simon McVittie)

 • Improve continuous integration to be run by GitLab in addition to
   Travis-CI (Simon McVittie)

 • Add clearer license information using SPDX-License-Identifier
   (Simon McVittie)

 Fixes:

 • Allow glib-genmarshal to be overridden with
   `./configure GLIB_GENMARSHAL=/path/to/glib-genmarshal`, for
   cross-compilation (dbus-glib!2, Yann E. MORIN)

 • Avoid a double-free in dbus-binding-tool for certain inputs, possibly
involving nested introspection data structures (dbus-glib#9, Zhipeng
 Xie)

 • Report a better error for excessive recursion depth or unsupported
   data types (dbus-glib#1, Simon McVittie)

 • Map the 15 most-recently-added DBusGError members to their corresponding
D-Bus error names (dbus-glib#1, Simon McVittie)

 • Mark all documented symbols as deprecated
   (Simon McVittie)

 • Fix unit test failures during distcheck by enabling assertions
   (Simon McVittie)

 • Fix a core dump during installed-tests by not attempting to close a
   shared DBusConnection (Simon McVittie)

 Patch #367 - 2021/03/26

add OSC 22 to allow programs to select different pointer cursor at
 runtime.
change configuration for no-return functions to use _Noreturn when it
is available, because clang --analyze does not properly handle the gcc
 noreturn attribute.
add cursorTheme resource to provide a way to enable or disable the
 cursor theme feature.
modified CopyWait event retries to use shorter sleeps, to improve
 responsiveness (tmux #2556).
improve quoting/escaping in demo-scripts per shellcheck.
add resizeByPixel resource, to permit disabling window manager
 resizing-hints (patch by Tim Oehl).
corrected printOptsImmediate handling of alternate-screen (report by
 Abhijit Dasgupta).
update sample terminfo to more closely match ncurses.
add/improve limit-checks for Xlib calls (report by Roman Fiedler).
fix a typo in the help-message (report by Tomas Korbar).

 CHANGES IN V1.28.8

 - libcupsfilters: Made check whether the driverless PPD to
generate should be a fax out PPD more reliable (Issue #343).
 - foomatic-rip: Options in the 5th command line argument of
the CUPS filter command line are separated only by white
space and not by comma, also make sure that an option "none"
is not considered a custom page size (Issue #348).
 - implicitclass: Raise timeout for cups-browsed's answer from
   20s to 60s (Pull request #346).
 - libcupsfilters: In the PPD generator really give priority to

Comment (by renodr):

 {{{
 * Changes in Emacs 27.2

This is a bug-fix release with no new features.

 * Lisp Changes in Emacs 27.2

** The behavior of the user option 'resize-mini-frames' has changed.
If set to a non-nil value which isn't a function, resize the mini
frame using the new function 'fit-mini-frame-to-buffer' which won't
skip leading or trailing empty lines of the buffer.

 * Changes in Specialized Modes and Packages in Emacs 27.2

 ** Tramp

*** The user option 'tramp-completion-reread-directory-timeout' is now
 obsolete.

 * Changes in Emacs 27.2 on Non-Free Operating Systems

** Emacs now ignores modifier keys when IME input is used.
By default, pressing Ctrl, Shift, and Alt keys while using IME input
will no longer apply the modifiers to the produced characters, as
there are IMEs which use keys with modifiers to input some
 characters. Customize the variable 'w32-ignore-modifiers-on-IME-input'
to nil to get back the old behavior.
 }}}

It looks like some dependency changes were missed from 27.1. Harfbuzz and
Jansson are now required by default, and switches have to be passed to
build without them. I'll update the command explanations and dependencies
 to reflect that
