It isn't. I violated one of my own rules and added a dependency
without checking it out. After running configure on Samba to look
at something you mentioned previously, I too hastily took the
reference to XFS quotas as Linux XFS. A quick examination of the
configure script shows this is for Irix XFS. Will be fixed.
