Send Email From Microsoft Word 2007 Attaching a Word document to an email in Outlook is a relatively painless task, but a helpful feature in Word lets you eliminate this unnecessary step and send a document directly from within Word. After you establish an email account in Microsoft Outlook, you can use Word to easily email your document. In Word, click the Office button, point to Send, and click Mail or one of the other options. Hi Yvonne. If you have an external drive or separate partitions on an internal drive, then this will be all you need to back up your data, providing the partition(s) or drive(s) have enough space to fit them all of course. Backing up to CD is a good idea but not worth it because of the cost of external hard drives, which are reasonably cheap these days. Yes. You can reinstall Windows 7 without sighted help, certainly from within Windows. If for whatever reason Windows won't boot then yes a reinstall will require sighted assistance (unless you're like me and remember all the keystrokes). The reason is the DVD itself does not provide speech as it boots a mini version of Windows called Windows PE, or Windows Preinstallation environment.
