Re: [Blind-Computing] a folder in my documents
kimsan, If a folder in the "my documents folder " was named "my stationery," I would guess that it held files to create special letterhead stationery. However, you state that the folder in question is named "my stationary" so I couldn't guess what that is used for. Hint: "Stationery" refers to writing paper & envelopes and related items whereas "stationary" refers to items that don't move about. hth Bob - Original Message - From: "kimsan" To: Sent: Thursday, April 07, 2011 8:16 PM Subject: [Blind-Computing] a folder in my documents I have a folder called my stationary in my documents folder is this important, if so why? It has items in there such as: blue tiles.jpg, bubbles.htm etc. I am assuming they are pictures for my desktop if so desired? So there is no need to keep this right? Hello Listers, I have a friend that is running Windows 7 and MS Office 2003. She says that her computer is unusually slow When running MS Office 2003. She spends along time waiting when she is trying to read or edit a document. Does any one know what could be causing this? Re: [Blind-Computing] Moving songs within a winamp playlist
You should be able to use the jump to command.hit j and then type in a part of the name of the song you are looking for in the field and find the list of songs highlight the one you want and then tab to move after current button and enter or space bar. That should put it after the current song. -Original Message- From: blind-computing-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:blind-computing-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Chris Feist Sent: Friday, April 08, 2011 7:37 AM To: blind-computing@jaws-users.com Subject: [Blind-Computing] Moving songs within a winamp playlist Hi. When I'm in a playlist in Winamp, is there a way I can quickly move a song to a specific spot rather than just using Alt up and down arrow? In other words, is it possible to jump a song directly to the top, or perhaps to number 13 in the list, etc? If a song is way down in the list, it takes a long time to Alt arrow up to move the song, and hopefully there is a faster way available. I'm using JAWS11. Thanks much. Chris Feist - The one and only!
