Hello all, using windows 7 IE 9 and Jaws 14 I often have trouble down loading a
program. Just today I was going to down load the latest version of C Cleaner,
but when I press enter on the down load link and or press the right mouse
button and arrow down to save and then tab down once more it will say save as
Html document. It’s nuts, I’ve read all the Jaws help file and I just can’t find
anything reference down loading a program.Any ideas and many thanks

Rosemarie, One of the easiest ways to find that function with Windows 7
Is by using your Search function.
Just press the Windows key to open the Search field.
Begin typing with the word "disk". The first option will be Disk Cleanup.
So press the spacebar after "disk" and continue typing with the D in
Defragmenter.
You probably won't get past that letter before the system brings up exactly
what you want.
Just press enter on that choice and the dialog opens.

Jaws professional works with Windows XP pro, Vista and Windows 7 pro and up,
Windows 8 Pro. Standard jaws works with the XP home, Vista and 7 and 8 up to
pro versions. Also the difference is in price - $200 for jaws Pro.

When I go to my Desktop shortcut and press enter on Recycle Bin, then to the
File Menu and down arrow once to empty Recycle Bin, it tells me
"unavailable".
How can I fix this so I can empty it and get rid of the unavailable?
Thank you for your help.
