I have another question. I have a Toshiba laptop, and I am using a belkins router, and as long as I sit where I can plug a wire into the laptop and router, it works good, but when I take the wire off from it, then I cannot get on the internet, or I cannot download email. does the Toshiba works with a belkins router or do I need another router. I am using avast 4.8 and it works good. I have heard that 5.2 does not work with jaws, but I am not using it. I am not sure which one to use. I have heard one called viper. it works good with jaws. if you want viper, go to viper.com and down load a free copy to use. after 15 days, then you will have to pay for it. kate, what is your main problem. you can always unload jaws, and then reload it. If you have a short cut set for jaws, then unload jaws, and wait for a few seconds and hold down the control key and the alt key and your jaws key that you have set and bring up jaws. if you would like, send me your phone number and i will see if i can help. my email is at the end of this message. Kathy, you need to change your settings to classic floders. to do this, go to control panel, and then go to folders, and enter on it. when you come to classic, then tab til you come to apply and hit the space bar, then tab untill you come to ok. hope this helps.
