Re: [Blind-Computing] BCC field for Outlook 2007 and 2003 both

2010-06-25 Thread Aubertin, Gerry
Hello Chris:

   For what it's worth, I personaly, find the "Outlook Web Access Light"
version of Outlook 2007 to be much easier to navigate as it is rendered as web
pages. Not all, but enough, of Outlook's features are available. When I need
some thing that is not in the web access version then I reluctantly go into the
regular Outlook 2007.

Ah, thanks for the info. It's good to get the BCC field back in 2003. And
yeah, in Outlook 2007, those ribbons have been so confusing, but I think I'm
beginning to understand them a little better. It sure takes getting used
to. Just navigating gets confusing, and where things are at? Wow, nothing
like the 2008 pull down menus.

2010-06-25 Thread David

Hello there;

to show the BCC Field in MSOutlook2007 do the following;

1, open MSOutlook2007,

2, create new message, ctrl+n=new message;

3, press alt+p=options,

4, now tab until you hear,
fields group box,
show BCC button,
press the spacebar,
now you should see the BCC field.
note after you do this, you will be placed back into your new message.

hope this helps.

HI. Got a quick question. How do I make it where the BCC field will
appear
in both Outlook 2003 and 2007 when I'm composing email? I knew how once
for
2003 and made the change so it was always there whenever I was composing
an

email, but since I reformatted my computer and reloaded Outlook, I forgot
what the steps were. As for version 2007, I never did figure it out.
Thanks much.

For Outlook 2003. control N to compose a new message. Go to your view
menu. Arrow down until you hear BCC. Return on BCC and that should check
it and let blind carbon copy show up in all your e-mails.

Happiness comes through doors you didn't even know you left open.
