I believe somebody asked this earlier this morning or at least I hope it was on this list. Never the less what I found out is as follows: I type sndvol and hit enter in the run dialog box. This opened up the volume control and then I tabbed over to a split button and hit enter. That opened up a drop down list of my installed sound cards. Next I arrowed to my secondary sound card and hit enter. Then all I had to do was tab over to the up down slider to change the volume on that sound card. Then to change back to the other sound card I just went back to the split button and hit enter on it, and arrowed back to the first sound card, hit enter.
