You can do this by using the format button on the find replace dialogue box. 1 . press control H for find and replace. 2. Press alt M to bring up more options. 3 . tab to the format button and then cursor down to style and press enter. Now you will be in a special find replace dialogue box where you can select the style attributes . If you cursor down you will find all the available heading styles. Hope that helps. Good Evening, Could some kind person please tell me how to locate and remove all the headings in a Word 2000 document? I seem to have inadvertently created them and would like to clean up the document. There shouldn't be any headings at all. I'm running JAWS 9 and 10 and XP Home with SP 3. Not sure about a quick and easy way to do the whole thing, but if you turn on quick keys - jaws key + Z, then I think hitting the H key will navigate heading to heading for you.
