[Blind-Computing] Media Player and USB Sound card
Running XP Home and JAWS 12. Before I started this I went to JAWS, Utilities then Sound Cards and there were two item: Windows Default and Vinyl AC'97 Audio (wave) I plugged the USB sound card into the 4 port USB hub and all went welland then it showed . USB Head set in the list of sound cards. I checked the Head Set item and JAWS is coming through fine, but when I try to play something in Media Player the music also comes through the USB Head Set sound card. How do I get the Media Player to play through my speakers again? Teamwork: Together we achieve the extraordinary. Re: [Blind-Computing] Media Player and USB Sound card
Hi Betsy, Go to Sounds and Audio Devices in the control panel, and then move to the audio tab. Here you can set your default playback device, to the one your speakers are connected to. If you need more details let us know.
