To export Outlook Express address book to a comma separated value (csv) file. open Outlook express, 1. Go to the file menu with alt+f. 2. Press the letter E=export. 3, Press enter on address book. 4, An export tool dialog will begin, you will have a list-view with text file (comma separated value) in the list. Press space bar to select it. 5, Tab to export-button and press enter. 6, Your being asked what you want to save the exported file as, type in a file name with an extension of csv, for example; addressbook.csv Tab and hit enter on next button. You will be in an csv export dialog where it wants to know what fields you want. They will all already be selected, so just tab to the finish button and hit enter. It will tell you it has been exported, hit enter on okay. What I standardly do is go to the start menu, programs, accessories, address book application since it seems to share the address book with outlook express, and you can save it as a .wab (windows address book) file that can then be easily copied over to other machines, and in their address book application, you can then import the contents off the import submenu of the file menu.
