Do you have a antispam program on your system? Hi Thanks very much. I think I'll block their email address. I won't be buying their system access because I already pay a lot for the internet service I have now so why add more to it? Hi Rosemarie, One thing you might do is when you receive the next Email from them, put the focus on that Email and then go under the messages tab on your menu bar, arrow down to block sender and hit enter. It will ask you if you are sure you want to block this sender? Hit yes. Then it will ask you if you want to delete the message from this sender now. Hit yes.
