[Blind-Computing] can't get openbook to respond
Hi, everyone, For some strange reason openbook 7.0 stopped working with my computer. When I tried to scan an envelope to see what the address was, there was no response. The guy from adaptive voice had set my computer to a higher resolution since I now have a flat screen monitor but I don’t know what to make of this. It’s frustrating. Any help with solving this problem will be very much appreciated. Thanks very much in advance. Hi try disconnecting the scanner to reset it. I had the same problem and when I did this it started working.
