If there is an IE add-on that is causing your problem, then starting IE without any add-ons will allow IE to run without the error. Then, you will need to determine which add-on is causing the crash. If IE still crashes when you start it with no add-ons, then you have another problem. You may want to do a system recovery back to a point where your system was working properly. Try starting IE with no add-ons. Go to Start>Programs>Accessories>system tools>Internet Explorer with no add-ons If that works, then one of the IE add-ons is causing the problem. Hi, Would anyone be able to help me solve the following probolem? I'm not acquainted with that particular peace of software myself, possibly somebody else on here knows more about it than I do. Normally I use Nero for such things although I have been successful with windows XP burning items to a CD.
