[Blind-Computing] windows messenger interfering with outlook express

2009-11-18 Thread ROSEMARIE CHAVARRIA
Hi, everyone,

I was trying to reply to an email when all of a sudden windows messenger popped
up and asked me to type in contacts or something like that. I went into the
tools menu, hit O for options, went to the preference page and unchecked the
box for messenger not to start up when I boot up the computer. Apparently that
didn't do the trick. There's probably something wrong in outlook express.

Any help with this problem would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Rosemarie

Tools menu, options, and on the general tab, there's an option to
automatically start messenger, and I know there are other options around
there relating to it, but anyway...?
